1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the cv8888 website at cv8888.ws and all associated services, games, and betting markets.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before a withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds is permitted.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account on cv8888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register as Players.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of cv8888 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or other restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling.
• You are registering voluntarily and are not acting under duress or undue influence from any third party.

When registering your Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. cv8888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Each individual may hold only one Account. If cv8888 discovers that a Player holds or has held more than one Account — whether under the same or different names — cv8888 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any outstanding bets or game rounds, and confiscate any funds, including real-money balances, derived from duplicate account activity.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share, transfer, or sell access to your Account under any circumstances.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or applications;
• Log out of their Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by the Platform;

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

cv8888 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the Platform's deposit page at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically without prior notice.

The following rules apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties, including family members, are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. cv8888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• In the event that a deposit is credited to your Account in error, you must notify cv8888 support immediately. You must not wager, withdraw, or otherwise use erroneously credited funds. cv8888 reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credit at any time.

cv8888 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on deposits, particularly where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illicit activity. During any such verification, the relevant funds may be held and not credited to your playable balance until the investigation is complete.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. cv8888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all required identity and payment verification checks before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's withdrawal page and may change periodically.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.
• cv8888 targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes to 24 hours for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, though processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• cv8888 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per day, week, or month. Current limits, where applicable, are published on the Platform.

If a withdrawal request is submitted and subsequently found to involve funds linked to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, cv8888 reserves the right to cancel the withdrawal, reverse any amounts already paid, and close the Account.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

cv8888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are stated on each promotion page.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on cv8888:

• A bet is confirmed only when a valid confirmation reference is issued by the Platform. Bets placed during periods of technical error may be voided at cv8888's discretion.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or voided at any time due to events on the field, feed disruptions, or other circumstances outside cv8888's control.

10 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your cv8888 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, cv8888 will process any eligible outstanding withdrawal of real-money funds before closing the Account. Bonus Funds and wagering-requirement-locked winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

cv8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity;
• Failure to pass identity, age, or payment verification checks within a reasonable time;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormancy policy applies — see below);
• A request or order from a regulatory, law enforcement, or judicial authority.

Dormancy Policy: An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. cv8888 will notify a Player at least 30 days before applying a dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account by logging in.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the cv8888 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of cv8888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform;
• Use the cv8888 brand name, logo, or any associated marks without prior written consent;

12 Limitation of Liability
